    Me: 212, down half a pound from last week.
  • 204, down 2 pounds from last week
  • 153 1.5 pounds down from last week.
  • 149.4

    Yay! Below target! I'll change that this weekend though!
  • I am 265 lbs, and this is my starting week!
  • 191.4, down from 192.8 last Friday. I can't wait to see the 180s...I haven't seen them since 2000.
  • 170.0 on the dot. Up 0.06 lbs from last week.

    I keep fluctuating in the 169 range. I'm beginning to hate this number.

    Get me to 168 now!
  • I just got on the scale... 219.5....5'2.. my Goal is 145.


  • I'm at 163 now. I've been maintaining the last week or so, but it'll be easier to move the scale now. :P

  • I'm at 222. Lame. Up two lbs from last week. Although, I am only two weeks into my lifestyle change and added exercise this week so I'm hoping (FINGERS CROSSED) that it's just extra water weight from my body needing to repair itself.
  • !76 and some change. My goal is 140 so that isn't bad. I have been gaining a pound one way or the other for the past couple of days. It has been a struggle not to skip a few meals so I can get that gone, but I won't do that. That won't help in the long run!
  • 135! lowest number yet for me.
  • 133 was 134
  • 155 down 3.5 pounds since 1/20
  • 126.8 but I think my scale's faking me out! It was a solid 129 yesterday
