My coach gave me a packet of Chili to try and see if I like it - but it doesn't have any instructions on the back. How much water am I supposed to use with it? I guess after I mix it I heat it in the microwave??

Stove Top: pour 170 ml of water into a small saucepan, add contents of one packet and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. (I simmer for at least 20 minutes).

Microwave: pour 170 ml of water into a microwave safe bowl, add contents of one packet and cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I also like to add Frank's Red Hot sauce or Tobasco to spice it up a bit. Enjoy!!
