    can i use sucral (zero calorie ) instead of sugar.
    it tastes like sugar.

    If you like the taste and you don't have any negative reactions to artificial sweeteners, I don't see why not.

    Have you tried Truvia? It's not an artificial sweetener and is very good. It comes from the Stevie plant.
