Things I dont miss...
1. I dont miss feeling heavy while just moving.
2. I dont miss swollen ankles.
3. I dont miss getting winded just walking a half of block.
4. I dont miss having to drag myself out of bed.
5. I dont miss soft drinks.( I lived on them)
6. I dont miss rings that were too tight to remove.
7. I dont miss dreading going to the dr. for fear of my blood pressure and weight.
8. I dont miss that bloated feeling all day long every day.
9.I dont miss that huge roll of fat around my waist.
10. I dont miss not being able to reach my feet.
11. I dont miss having to worry if seat belts were going to reach around me.
12. I dont miss my thighs rubbing together.
the list could go on and on...
