There is a smoothie for breakfast that is semi-good (drinking it now) and about 300 calories. Lunch is lots and lots of veggies in a salad with various other foods and dinner is fish and veggies! If anyone wants the link : http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/409493...-today_health/
