No icecream or pie!

  • Last night I had to go to the store after I took a nap to get some workout clothing. So I woke up from my nap hungry as I usually do and I was craving sweets! Perfect I thought "I am going to the store I will get Edwards frozen single pie slices or Ben and Jerrys pint of icecream when I got get my workout clothes"
    As I was driving to the store I thought about how I am trying to be healthy and lose weight and getting the dessert would slow my progress. So I decided to buy and eyeshadow instead.
    I walked out of the store with a new eyeshadow.
    I was still hungry when I got home to I heated up the baked fish from dinner from the night before.
    Today I feel great! I feel accomplished!

  • Thats awesome! but you know what I do? I go for the frozen yogurt, or an icepop. If I have to have icecream, I buy those tiny tiny mini cups, which I think equal up to 100 calories.

  • That is awesome! I know how you feel about the ice cream though. That is the one thing I have a hard time turning down. Good idea replacing it with something else.
  • Good job...because if you are anything like me...I'd eat the whole pint of B&J...and that's a whopping 900 -1000ish calories. Then I'd want more...for days. Sometimes it's easier to just say no in the first place!

    Oh, if you're looking for something frozen and sweet, you could try frozen fruit... like grapes or strawberries or blue berries. I never did before but I've been suggested it before. ^_^ Good luck!
