I often buy whole wheat hamburger buns at Whole Foods Market. They don't have any nutritional info on the package.

Any one know how many calories for one of those? I've tried searching the internet but can't find anything. My guess, based on a similar sized Natural Ovens brand bun, is that it's around 170.

Ideas?

Visit thedailyplate.com and plug in what you need calorie info for and it will give you a whole bunch of different buns. I think it would be a good start.
