Too sick to exercise :(

  • The past week I have felt miserable. Coughing, chills and general yucky. I exercised on Sunday but haven't since then. I don't have a lot of energy. Should I push on and do like 15 minutes instead of an hour?
  • Sounds like a flu bug of some sorts. Lots of rest and plenty of fluids. Exercise will be there when your feeling better. I hope you feel better soon.
