My Christmas shopping is done But I was so tired this morning I could barely move. I also got one tree put up.
Only 2 more to go. 2 small ones. I am not leaving house today. Hope to finish up today and then just enjoy. I am not putting up the big tree anymore. I bought a 4foot one and just picked out my most favorite decorations. Will give whats left to my girls. I love Christmas decorating but am trying to make it easier to do. Sometimes less is really more.
I was doing good on eating but really messed up yesterday but I will get back on track today.
Hope you are all staying warm. It is cold here for Florida but we will still be up in late 60s later today.

I hear you eleni-yesterday was my day to overindulge. I don't like it. Right after it happend my left shoulder started hurting. My sister-in-law asked if that happens a lot, I said everytime I overeat. It was gas. I took 4 tums, and started feeling better. i'm not sure how many points I actually had yesterday, but it was enough. I exercised when I got home, for 15 min, and I managed to get another 35 min. in this morning. Salad will be the food for my luncheon.
It's snowing and blowing here, and we are in for some cold weather. I hear the chill is making it way down south. DH sister lives in Tennesee, and it's getting in the 30's there. LOL, she left Michigan because of the cold, and when she comes up, wants to know how we all stand it. Although it's not my favorite time of the year, one gets use to it. Besides, it's not as cold as some of the other states.

DS is being a brat this morning. Just told me he doesn't like me. Oh, the joys of motherhood.

Hi Everyone
Thank you ladies for all the birthday wishes. They meant alot. Sounds as if everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I did. I still feel like a stuffed turkey. LOL. I have been eating soooo much. Just cant seem to stop. I know my downfall was all the birthday cakes. Got 2. And a plate of brownies with chocolate chips. And of course they are my favorites. Its just I got the taste of something sweet and the chocolate and now I cant stop eating. I guess I just am going to have to stay away from that stuff. I know the scale is really up alot. But am drinking my green tea. So maybe that will help.

Got a question. A friend of ours gave us a thing called a Air Strider. Is that like the Gazelle. The only thing with this thing is that when you are moving your feet the things were you put your feet keep hitting the sides. Any ideas how to stop this. This thing dont have any arm movements. Just your legs.

Windy here. Temp is dropping. Suppose to get into the teens here tonight. And some snow flurries. Took Hubby and Son to a movie yesterday. Boy was it crowded out. I ended up buying me a book and getting a cup of coffee and sitting in the food court. And waited on them. I thought this was suppose to be the time to be jolly. But alot of people were crabby yesterday. So didnt feel like dealing with them. Will go shopping next week.

Am thinking of everyone. Again thanks for the birthday wishes. Hope everyone is doing ok.

Sounds like you are set for christmas already lady. You enjoy you going to the kids house this year again so you don't have to cook? Hope you got your tree up today.

It is not too bad here today warmer but the cold will be here in no time. Should be settling in later.

We are going to go see some christmas lights. I guess the whole park is lit up and is sponsered by a grocery store you have to pay to see them by the car load. You drive through. I have heard it is beautiful. They are donating all the money they raise. Which is great. I know I would like that and megan would love it to.

That is not good that your shoulder hurts like that when you overeat. I would get that checked out if I were you.
You are doing great. You are human and you will have your days that you overeat. Just like you eleni. We just get back on track the next day and we are fine.

Glad you had a great birthday and thanksgiving. Just remember you are stronger then the cravings. You can beat this and get back on track girl.
Never heard of that machine though so I can't help you out. Maybe it just has to be adjusted or something or the sides bent back to where they should be. Maybe it got bent over time or in a move somewhere.

AS for me I am doing great. I have been doing a lot of thinking lately and a freind of mine gave me some great advice. I decided that this is the way things need to be for me anyway. But she said if you can't have a new house then rearrange the furniture.
Which means don't sit idle and do nothing about your dreams and your future. Your future is up to you and I will not give up my dreams for anyone. I have sat back for too long and lived the life that everyone has wanted me to live. I am living for me for a change and I am not only changing the furniture I am getting new stuff. Because I am getting a new me out of all of this. It is an expensive price to pay but well worth the money. I am finally able to decide what I want and I will go for it.
I have started eating again and counting my points. The scale is back up to the low it was before 185. So that is the starting point. Not eating enough always makes me gain weight. So I am going to start getting in my points.
I will call the dr's office on monday to see if I really have to wait until christmas to exercise again. My stomach is much better now. Still a little sore. Like I have a pulled muscle on the inside every once in a while. The girl at the desk said I should wait until I go back. So I don't really know for sure. But maybe the exercise will help it. I will find out for sure so I don't do any damage.
