Anna Richardson's Body Blitz Diet

  • Anybody following it, or planning to?

    There are only 5 rules and it seems very straightforward:
    1 No wheat
    2 No dairy (except for 250 ml of (semi)skimmed milk)
    3 No sugar
    4 No carbs after 6 pm (excluding veg)
    5 No alcohol

    this is for 2 weeks only, afterwards you get to add things.
