been looking through threads a bit, thought I'd introduce myself.I'm 16 try to lose around 15-20 kilos, I currently weigh 74kilos and I'm 5'4, not overweight (18% body fat) but I really want to tone up and be thin
and get rid of my horrible self esteem
I've been trying to lose weight for 3 or 4 years now, I lose motivation easy, but this time I'm gonna do it 
I do Zumba and the 30 day shred, and eat healthy
I also LOVE horses 
I'd be more then happy to hear any tips if anyone has them
