My name is Sonja. I am a 31yro (next month) stay at home mom with a 4yo and 6yro. I am going to try and start a low calorie diet that was suggested by my Dr and hopefully lose some weight.
For the last week I have just been trying to get used to not eating anything I want all day by watching my portions and making sure what I eat is good for me. I am going to start working on counting calories now. 1500 per day is what was suggested to me so I will try that for now.
I hope that I can keep up with this plan and meet some new friends here. I need all the support I can get, but dont we all? hehe
