A short time ago, I weighed in at 214 pounds. I decided that I would set a small goal for myself. My small goal was to have my weight at or below 210 pounds by my doctor's appointment in January. Last night, I weighed in at 209.5 pounds! My new small goal is to have my weight at or below 205 pounds.
