Not that I won't ever have a sweet, but most of the time, I prefer to make the healthy choice.
How about you guys? Are you "winning" the battle when it comes to tempting choices, like my Evil Wednesdays?





I just had 1/2 a piece of cake on Sunday b/c I was craving it so badly (I even worked it into my calories for the day), but my body rejected it since I've been eating healthily. Guess I learned my lesson, and I have no desire to eat anything bad for quite some time.
