
I have been reading up on WW and I'm really wondering if I should join it. I have been counting calories for the past 3 years but I keep going off track. I feel like having the support at the WW meetings and knowing that I have to step on that scale in front of someone might help. I need to loose over 100lbs and it's hard when you have to do it on your own. Has anyone lost over 100lbs for just doing WW?
How do you like it? How fast did you see results? Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I am low on funds and need to be positive this will work before spending the money. I can no longer keep gaining weight and feeling like the outcast just because I am over weight.
