
Sorry that I am 2 days late with the thread but LIFE (school and work) got in the way!!
How are you all doing with your challenge so far??
Any obstacles? and if so, how did you overcome them??
It has been quite hard for me with school and work, I was not able to go to the gym this entire weekend but I spent 4hrs at the gym today!
I am only down 2.6 lbs ... but SOME progress is still great progress!

It feels great to be in a new weight range because I have waited so long to be out of the 180's. I actually feel a lot lighter and I am happier. I am not able to drop 2lbs a week, the most I have lost in a week was 1.7lbs. Today I am down 1.2lbs but thats still a lot to me. I am going to amp it up in the gym this week and hopefully be able to lose 2lbs.
Any advice on how to leave myself alone
