Anyways I am 15 (male) and have lost, in total, 40 pounds. I am currently 209 now (soo close to onederland) and am just overweight now!
(according to my BMI that is). To lose the weight I calorie count, do cardio (eliptical, hockey etc) 4ish days a week, and resistance training 2-3 times a week. Awesome! Lots of support has been given along the way which I appreciate.
Anyone can lose weight, it's just a matter of time, really
