gets easier, as days go by...

  • I stopped the sugars since Jan 1st...
    and I can honestly say, that I don't think about it or crave it as I used to....most days, I don't even think about sugar treats....
    Cakes & cookies & ice cream used to be a daily obsession for me, and not just one serving either! I started nibbling on the treats at breakfast and just finished before bed!!!
    I feel so much better, and I am quite proud of myself...and I've stopped needing the antacid drugs , that I was having every day...
    TUMS FREE!!!! YAY
    If you're a sugar addict like me and you think it cannot be beat...
    just try to go free of it one day at a time, and I asure you, the cravings will stop... It's not easy at first, but just one day at a time...
    I satisfy myself with fresh fruits now, and find them very delicious and satisfying!!! Good luck to all of you!!!


  • I've had that experience as well. Junk food in general sounds disgusting to me. Almost an ill feeling just thinking about it. I've noticed a difference in my body's behavior since I've cut out junk food and I'm feeling great. ^_^ Well... as great as I've felt in a few years. hehe

  • I can honestly say it takes a "episode" for me to want junk food and sometimes I'll just buy it but won't eat it. It's definitely one obsession I am glad to be over.
