Ok Since im new here i was hoping to get some help on where to start...ive decided maybe counting calories is a good place...ive been doing this about 2 weeks now so far 2 pounds gone!. But im not really sure what else i can do. I dont have alot of money so a gym around my area is out of the question...any workout suggestions? what else should i try to do to make this work? like i said im new to trying to lose weight and im serious but i really just dont know where to start!

walks are great when the weather is warmer, or plan a night out to roller skate!
ill have to check that out...and i love walking thats not a problem...but with it being so cold out i dont want to be in it ya know?
