I just started the Ideal Protein diet plan and am on day 2. I wanted to know how many are out there...how have you done? Does it get better? I don't feel skinny yet...yea i know it is only day 2. Just wanted to know how many ideal proteins dieters there are.....i have 60some pounds to lose.
