I'm 5'3" and 157 pounds. I just started Atkins today and I'm really tired. I'm also wondering if I should incorporate HCG into my diet. I've got the products, but have been waiting to commit myself.
Any insight, support, etc. is appreciated!

My stats are similar as well. I will be happy to wear a bathing suit at the pool with my kids this summer!
