I will be following the classic schedule and replacing all cardio workouts with Insanity, Turbo Fire, running, or Step Aerobics (plus doing more cardio than the schedule. probably 6 days a week.) And since I am practicing to become a yoga instructor, I will also not be doing the yoga x dvd.
I've also got the p90x results and recovery formula so I am anxious to try that and see how it helps!I will be starting tomorrow, Wednesday January 12th with Chest and Back, Ab ripper X, and Turbo Fire 55 EZ.
Feel free to jump in whenever you are ready! I will be posting my workouts every day for accountability. Hopefully more people will join me!
