Waaaah....

  • I am cold and tired. I want to have a good steak with mushrooms, onion rings, sweet potato, hot crusty rolls and some wine. And then I want to take a nap. Ugh.

    I posted again to my intro thread because it was at the end of October that I became violently ill and ended up in the ER. I ruptured a disc in my lower back. It got worse, and I ended up having emergency back surgery on November 9th. So....with barely being able to move and with eating hospital and comfort food.....ugh.... I slowly gained back 12 of the 40 pound that took me 8 months to lose. And I'm mad. I'm really mad. Help.
  • I'm really sorry about your injury. All I can say is do your best to focus on good food choices. From all I've learned weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. So if you can get your 80% diet 100% on track that should help you at least maintain.

    Maybe if you read you can start looking into some good books you haven't read due to lack of time? That might get your mind off comfort food?
