Here I go again...

  • I am tired of this ride but here I go again. I am 46 yrs old, married for 27 years, mother to 4 and grandmother to 3 (soon to be 5). I have been overweight most of my life. My highest weight was 297, am currently sitting at 235. I am insulin-dependent and had a quintuple bypass a year ago so you can say that this is truly a matter of life or death.

I have joined an athletic club and am going to start going to Weight Watchers meetings on Wednesday.

In the past when I set my mind to it I have lost weight fairly quickly which does help to stay on track. But I am an all or nothing kind of girl. If I can't be perfectly on plan then I swing drastically the other way.

I need to get this under control now.

  • The important thing is that you regonize the root of your problem and that way you can fix that
