Weekly Weight loss - 1/10-1/16

  • We used to have this thread all the time and I liked watching people lose every week...so let's try this again.

    I started over on 1/3, so today is the end of week 1. I lost 8.4 lbs!!!
  • Anything to make me more accountable!

    Last week I lost 5.2 lbs, I restarted on 1/3 as well! I start today at 255.6...
  • Sandi, I always liked this thread too. I totally forgot to weigh today, so I'll post my weight tomorrow.
  • Great job! I weighed in last night at my Weight Watchers meeting...up .8. So that puts me at 254.6. Last week I lost 4.8, so watch out next week!
  • Well, I had to come back and fess up that I went up .4 pounds. Not much, but would have rather had a loss. I got back to working out a lot last week, so maybe that had something to do with it. Hope for a loss for next week.
  • I weighed yesterday after a workout out (so, mind you, it was after eating all day and then exercising...), but I was down 3.4 from 1/5! Which is good for me. I haven't been perfect and I'll take it!
