  • I saw a thread like this on another WL forum and I really like it. So you post 3 good choices you made today and 3 choices you would like to improve. If you don't have 3 that is okay. So here goes:

    3 Good choices
    1. Ate OP breakfast
    2. Ate OP lunch
    3. Already prepared and pack lunch for work tomorrow

    3 choices to improve:

    1. I haven't and don't really plan or feel like working out today
    2. Did not drink enough water.
    3. Ate a few bites of off plan food here and there.
  • 3 good choices today:
    Ate OP for breakfast
    Ate OP for lunch
    Ate OP for dinner

    things to improve:
    Should have exercised, even a little
    Need to drink more water
  • Good choices:

    1. I WILL drink enough water
    2. I WILL exercise tonight
    3. I WILL NOT nibble
