Hello ladies! Ive been on this site for almost a week and have found many amazing stories and lots of encouraging words. As you can see in my profile Im just under 5 feet short and every lb shows big time. I have reached an all time high on the scale and Ill be 30 this month. I realize I have to make changes in my life to get where I need to be and Im eager to meet the better version of myself! Thanks for reading and I look forward to getting to know y'all better! Thanks for starting this thread, worktobedone00! I know what you mean about every pound showing . . . Oddly enough, it doesn't seem to show as much when it's slowly coming off, but I'm confident that it will in due time for both of us! Might I ask what plan you're following?
