Can somebody PLEASE give me a kick in the pants?

  • So, I just got back from vacation this past week and I have yet to bounce back into my diet; and let me be real, I was off-diet the entire time I was on vacation and as a result gained about 5 pounds and I need to.get.it.together.

    Whew, I'm glad I said that...

    So how have you wonderful ladies been?

    ETA: did I say 5 lbs? Silly me, it was more like 9 lbs...yea I'm headed to the grocery store right now.

  • I hope you had a great vacation! Now for the encouragement: remember how good it felt to be healthy and working out. You will only take longer to get to your goal if you don't jump right back into your healthy routine. Get to it!
  • I agree with Stella and Kay, get back into right away. Vacation time is over! 5pounds is nothing it's probably just water weight...but if you don't do something now 10 pounds can come just as fast. and do you really want to be losing 10 instead of 5? nope didn't think so
  • Thanks ladies, grocery store trip and new (and cheaper) gym membership on the way; I will NOT let this year be worse than the last one!

    @stellarosa I'm great, the vacation? Fattening to say the least, but it was good to see my best friend (my sister) again

    @KayNicole Yes I am remembering how great it felt and I am all about getting back to it. ASAP.

    @MiZTaCCen (whew that name is very easy to misspell0 it is like 10 lbs but after I stepped on the scale for the first time in 1 few weeks and saw a number I haven't seen since October, then I knew it was time.
