Sorry, I've been MIA!! NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK!

  • Hello Strangers!!!

    Alot has happened (mainly going through a divorce) since I've been away from 3FC...it's been since probably September that I signed into the site regulary. During this time, I have also strayed tremendously from calorie counting and have no clue what my current weight is...and to be quite honest, I'm scared to step on my scale!!! I had my yearly well woman exam Monday and the scale at the Dr. office was up around 21-23 pounds from my LOWEST EVER! However, I had drank alot of alcohol over the holiday weekend and have always retained alot of water following increased alcohol consumption. So I do not believe that is an accurate measurent. But it was enough to scare me into seeing I needed to get BACK ON TRACK!!!

    My plan right now is to chug the water for the next couple days and do an official weigh in on MY scale on Monday. I'm sure my actual weight is probably up 10-15 lbs because my pants have been getting tighter! LoL Soooo...As of today, I'm back ON PLAN and need to lose ATLEAST 25-35lbs to be at my final goal!!! I'll have the actual number next week after I do my official WI and will update my tickers at that time also!!!

    Right now, I think it's time to go look at some before & after pics that you all so kindly post and give myself some much needed motivation!!! If any of you have some advice on getting back on track after slacking for 3 months, then please respond! All advice will be much appreciated!
  • Welcome Back!!! Lets see, advice.....well, its seems to get easier everyday that I'm back on track. Its almost empowering as i finish each day. The first day was the hardest for me. I just got back on plan on Jan,2 myself and so far so good (knock on wood). WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

  • I too wish to welcome you back! I went off plan around Dec. 23rd and just got back on track Monday. Weighing in tomorrow to see what the damage is (hopefully after being OP this week, not as bad as it would have!) You are NOT alone!!

  • Thanks girls!!! It's nice knowing I'm not alone!! I think I did pretty good today...on my 5th bottle of water (haven't drank so much since prob. Sept...i've been drinking ALOT of pop!!! or should I say soda!?!? haha) And my food hasn't been too bad, but I did not track my calories...but I also didn't overeat like I have been!!! It's nice to be back!!!
