Share your Before and After pictures!!!

    Hey I'm super new to this site, but I looked around and couldn't find a thread like this one

    So, I think it'd be really cool if we could all share our before and after pics. I'm at my half way point, how about you?

    Sorry the first one is so small, but that was when I was in high school. I was about 185 then. The second, Im about 150, this was taken maybe 4 months ago. Havent lost any weight since then though. :-(

    Half way done though!

    Can't wait to see yours!

    Hey under the success story section there are two areas goal and mini goal. There are many before and after pics and stories there. Sorry I know there is a way to put a link to that in this message but I have no idea how.

    I haven't shared progress photos in a long time so here are some face shots. The first is close to my highest weight at 289.4, and the second is at 233.

    Here are some progress pics from my 125 lb weight loss (260-135) on atkins after i had my first son

    most recent weight loss is 100 lbs (250-150) on dr simeons protocol. I gained over 100 lbs while PG

    I think I'm going to do WW to finish off my weight loss. i'm very satisfied where I am now but I could stand to lose another 15 lbs. I'm not going to obsess over it though. 100 lbs in 8 months is pretty darned good.

    you look awesome!!! 100lbs in 8 months is like....whoa...its taken me almost 3 months to loose 15lbs!!! congratulations

    did you say you gained 100lbs while pregnant? i don't have any kids but i'm terrified of that happening to me as well.
