Please help me figure out the points!

  • I made the cheese soup tonight. I used Light cheesewhiz instead of light velvetta. The nutritional info is as follows:

    Per 2 tbsp:

    63 calories
    3.4 g Fat
    Fibre not listed.

    I used 1 cup for this recipe and came out with 9 servings.

    Can someone help me figure how many points it should be? Because I am not using exactly the same ingredients I want to be sure to count it properly.

  • Since you didn't post the entire recipe. 2 tablespoons are 1.5 points; 16 tablespoons in a cup; 1 cup = 12 points.
  • So if 1 cup equals 12 points....and from it I got nine servings...then it would be 1.5 points per serving right?

    (everything else in the soup is 0 points)
