Weekly weigh in 11/18 - 11/24

  • I know I was a pig this past weekend... but holy cow!
    3.5 lbs gain... ouch!!! time of the month is coming this week - maybe that has something to do with it.
  • Oh Dana, you are not alone. This week, I am up 2.5 pounds, and I thought that I was doing pretty good again.
  • I couldn't decide if I was going to confess, but I feel better not being alone. Up 3.

  • Hi Everyone. I saw your posts last week and replied that I want to join your weigh-ins each week. I so understand the struggles with weight loss! You guys are an inspiration to me...don't beat yourselves up over this week's weight gain...look at the weight you've lost overall!

    I just started WW online a week ago today and am down 6 lbs! I know it's a big loss BECAUSE it's the first week and that it will taper off but I am excited to be off to a good start! I am also scared because I've been so good this past week...I know I have yet to deal with all the food issues that have always haunted me in the past. Wish me luck!!!

    "One day at a time" is my mantra. I've learned from past diets that setting goals by certain dates just didn't work for me. Right now, my main goal is stay on plan each day and let nature takes its course...so far so good.

    I started WW last week at 248. Today I'm at 242! My goal is 150.

  • I lost 2.5 #'s this week. So far, I've lost 5 or 6 inches up top, 8 1/2 inches on my waist, and 9 inches on my hips. I've gone from a tight 24W pants to a comfy 16. Wish I could post a then and now picture but our scanner isn't working right now.
  • I weigh in on Saturdays. I was 300 on Saturday. Ouch.

    Congrats to all you losers, hahahaha Next week I want to be a loser, too.
  • It's exciting to see some great loss's this week. My weight has stayed the same which is dissapointing but just a signal for me to try harder
  • I'm down 2.6 for this week. Probably the biggest loss I've posted. I don't really think it's from the work of one week. I think it's just a "catchup" week. But whatever, I'm really happy about it.
  • Well, I've been a chicken and haven't posted on the weigh ins for a while. I had 3 pounds of waterweight that has been around for two weeks as my poor body tries to adjust to fertilty treatments being over and being back on the pill. (I have endometriosis and the pill makes things a lot less painful.)

    Anyway, the good news is, as of this morning, I am back down to where I was at my last weigh in! Phew! That was a LONG two weeks! I am proud that I didn't let it make me give up. I just held on and trusted it would eventually go away.

    But it sucked! Glad it's gone!

  • Just realized, I actually lost half a pound from the last weigh in. Cool! Progress!
  • I'm down 4.4 pounds. That is for the last two weeks, though, since I had a conference last Wednesday & couldn't attend my meeting.

    When I lose 10 more pounds, I am going to reward myself with an hour long massage for losing 100 pounds... And only 60.2 pounds to go & I'll be at my final goal weight!
  • I lost another 2 pounds. My counselor told me divorce it the best weight lose program. I thought that was funny.
