I've been doing a sort of cheat day, but I didn't like the way it was presented on the show.

It was all sweets and pizza and looked like a big old out right binge to me. My heavier calorie days are filled with more healthy foods, increasing my calories with almonds, soy milk, bananas, an extra portion of oats and the like. It is not a free for all. Maybe I'll have ice cream or something, but nothing like what he presented. And what I am doing works!
I thought the muscle thing was interesting, doing squats after a high calorie meal. I thought drinking grapefruit juice prior to a high calorie meal was an interesting idea too.
