has anyone tried this before? i have been using for about a week. i have lost 6 lbs so far. i checked the internet, did not find anything bad. anyond else had any luck?

Basically, it is a laxative pill. Laxatives can be addictive in the sense that if you take them for an extended period of time, your body may need them to have a bowel movement. I really wouldn't recommend such a pill unless you need a natural laxative and even then, you shouldn't take it more than a week.

I tried it, and it didn't work for me. My sister thought it tightened her up, especially her arms, but isn't sure if she lost any weight.

In terms of its laxative effects, at least on me, there were none. In fact, I had the opposite problem while on it. I was taking a stool softener while on it and still was backed up.

I had found his (the supplement geek) site, after having tried it, and said, "Huh?" He does not claim that he has tried it.

I had called my sister after I saw his site, and she did not experience any laxative effects either.

If anything I wonder if it acted as a diuretic, and sucked all of the moisture out of me, leaving an insufficient amount of moisture in my intestines.

That is odd. Well you don't have to try a known laxative ingredient to know it is a laxative.

I did read that these pills did contain sensa in the past. But the new ones do not. I found several people that have sucessfully lost weight on these. I will give it a try for 30 days and see what happens. I am hoping that it speeds up my metabolism, which is one of the things its suppose to do.

If senna isn't a current ingredient, what are the ingredients? Is it still bee pollen because bee pollen doesn't increase your metabolism.

i ordered some and they should be here today. i have researched these into the ground and i pretty much keep getting the same side effects from various people/sources. i will keep you posted about my weight loss (if any)...wish me luck!!

i know nobody is really following this particular thread, but i just want to say that i started these pills two weeks ago today. I went from 172 to 164 in two weeks!! i am shocked and in complete disbelief. I am not very hungry at all and when i am, i find that i am choosing healthier options. if anyone wants more info on my experiences, you can PM me. there's a thread on another forum with TONS of user experiences and it's where i got a lot of my questions answered.

A health food store owner told my sister that several nurses from a nearby hospital had tried it. Some of them were successful enough using it that after seeing their results, several more nurses started using it.

ironically everyone i've heard thats tried them has been told of these pills via word of mouth. not a lot of publicity for something that actually works in some way, shape, or form (at least for me). I've tried other products that get hyped up in the news or on tv and not one of them worked at all. just find that interesting....

i am on these pills and have lost alot of inches. I dont weigh because I tend to get obsessed. I have a friend that is on them and lost a ton of weight, combined with low carb. I have been on these off and on since september


btw its been forever since I been on this site. I need to change my stats. I lost my son when he was 15months old, and put on alot of weight since then.

I just bought some of these too! It's only been 2 days, but it definitely curbs my appetite, and no cravings!!! Plus I am more calm, which could just be me. I'll keep everyone posted if there are results.

I've been on them for a week and have gained weight and stopped going to the bathroom. I find all my friends around me have positive effects and I don't. This product doesn't work for everyone. I wouldn't waste the money on it.

just a quick update for me: these seem to be working. i've been on them for a full month and i went from 172lbs to 159.6lbs. i haven't started a full blown workout thing yet but i do a fair bit of walking and have been eating healthier foods. For the second month on these I will incorporate more exercise...though i hate it.
