When I first started this journey, one thing I want to experience is standing in the shower and get wet all over my body without having to lift any rolls of fat. Well today I was standing in the shower when I realized that I didn't have to lift fat rolls to get all wet!! If you don't know how that feels...let me say it's wonderful!!!!

Congrats! I hope I get there someday. I know what it's like to have to lift rolls up. But I'm so happy for you!
