Favorite Yoga Videos?

  • I have a Yoga Zone video and a Denise Austin Fat-Blasting Yoga DVD. I alternate between the two but am looking for more to add to my routine (I get bored very easily). Any suggestions?
  • Yoga Zone has a lot of dvds to choose from. Which one do you have?

I really enjoy Sara Ivanhoe's "Candlelight Yoga" dvd. There is a clip here:

I also like the Yoga Body Makeover Series by the same instructor:

Rodney Yee has a ton of yoga dvds, but this one is my favorite. The scenery is gorgeous, and each practice is twenty five minutes or less:

I have this dvd on order, and can't wait to try it:

Jill Miller is one of my favorite yoga instructors. This dvd set has five and ten minute practices for different parts of the body:

Another Jill Miller yoga dvd is this set, which I have seen in Ross for only ten dollars. Borders also has it:

    Take care,

  • Thanks so much for this videos! I'll definitely check them out! I currently have Yoga Zone: Power Yoga for Beginners.
  • I was never into Yoga because I would get bored, but I found PiYo and LOVE it. Go to turbokick.com, then go to chalene's workouts.

I also did a prenatal yoga when I was pregnant and I think it totally helped me have a better recovery (It wasn't PiYo though, so I did get a little bored holding the poses for so long)
  • I second Rodney's Yoga for Your Week DVD.

iTunes has a lot of free yoga podcasts also. These are audio only, but most come with a PDF file of the poses you can print out. Yoga Journal's Jason Crandall is my favorite, he also trained with Rodney. http://www.yogajournal.com/podcast/
