I went to see Liz Phair tonight and danced straight through her hour and a half set. I had such a great time!
I remember at my high weight, 258, I went to see The Dead in April of 2009 and I could only dance for about four songs. I was exhausted, upset, and out of control.
Going back to the gym and doing cardio and weight training is turning my life around and I feel better than I have in years.

Good indication you are doing something right. Thats a non scale victory for sure.
