I made my first mini goal!

  • Today I made my first mini goal! I started at 164, (doctors scale a month prior was 166), and my first mini goal was to get out of the 160s once and for all!

    I have been working out 3 times a week, and counting calories, last friday I weighed in at 159.5, but just in case it was a fluke, I wanted to wait a bit to claim victory.

    This weekend, I was kind of lax in my diet, because we had a big storm, and didn't do any grocery shopping, so my choices were limited, and I chose some high sodium foods, and was a little over in my calories, but today when I weighed in, I was a solid 159! No .5, 159!

    To celebrate, I am going to give myself a home facial, and manicure. I also did 30 minutes of kickboxing (I can't beleive I made it through the whole video!), then 45 minutes of circuit training, followed by a 10 minute cool down on the eliptical.

    I am really looking forward to the gym on Wednesday!

  • Thats great! Don't give up.The hoildays are around the corner and I know that is hard on everyone on the weight wagon.I strongly suggest everyone eats before they attend parties and I mean get full at home eating what you normally do.I got so lucky and did not gain any weight for thanksgiving.
    I was 167 and now 150 and strange part is I stopped working out as much and started cleaning more LOL.playing w.my 7th old baby boy too.

    I should be at my goal by feb I hope.
