ACTUAL criteria for "lean" and "green"

  • Does anybody know the actual criteria for the lean and green meals? (NOT what the listed options are, but:
    minimum protein needed, maximum carbs, calories, etc?
    I remember seeing it somewhere last year when I did this for a week : ) But I cannot remember or find the info anywhere! Thank you so much!
  • A Lean and Green meal should provide 250-400 calories, more than 25 g of protein and less than 15 g of carbohydrate (the lower, then better).
