1 can light tuna in water, drained
1/2 low carb pita bread (Joseph's)
1 stalk celery
1/4 dill pickle
2 t chopped onion
3 tablespoons of light mayo
Caloriecount.com brings this in at 510 calories, but according to the packaging on my food (tuna and bread and mayo), I'm getting closer to 350. Ugh! Can you tell me what your math says? Thanks!
