who's feeling great today!

  • had another crazy morning. every morning is nuts when 3 elementary kids have to get to the bus. got them ready in record time today

    ready to tackle the day, stay on plan, and 'i love the smell of fat burning in the morning!' (that's a quote from a fitness forum member, wish it was mine.)

    Went for a very chilly walk! 22 degrees!

    Had my oatmeal and nutmeg, yum!

    My lunch is all packed and I've got a couple of fun networking events tonight.

    As soon as my office warms up, it'll be perfect.
  • Already did my workout right after I got up. Got DS15 to school, DD23 to campus so that she could proctor a final (she's a teaching assistant), parked on the edge of campus & walked in to my job at the library. It is cold here today!

    It is a good day today! I'm looking forward to DS's Orchestra concert tonight--he plays the Double Bass. But first he has swimming practice and a Guitar lesson. I will be driving alot today.

    Now if I can just avoid those yummy cookies on the back break table...
  • Feeling awesome over here! I've already got a lot of work done this morning, and I have a feeling it's going to be a good, on plan day for me No workout yet, but 3 hours of dance class tonight, so I should be good there!
  • I feel incredible! I love Thursdays especially finding out chicken breasts are on sale this week at my grocery store lol and having a great weigh-in.

  • Feeling pretty good! Went for a run last night, and have already added the calories into my counter today for the martini I'm having tonight. I'm wearing a new pair of vanity-sized pants today, but it's workin' for me psychologically. Lol!
  • I'm feeling great too! I was in a terribly bad mood Monday and Tuesday. But yesterday I convinced myself to do a Turbo Fire workout even though I wanted to make it a rest day, and it changed my attitude completely.

    Today actually is going to be a rest day. However I plan to walk on the treadmill this afternoon and play on my new dance dance revolution game once I have my to-do list done, so I will have some activity. =)
  • Despite being up a lb I am actually feeling pretty good. I drank 8.5oz of water yesterday and I stayed in my calorie count!
  • I feel good about today. Yesterday was a breakdown type of binge day, but I feel like the forces of nature have forgiven me - saw a drop in the scale and I feel pleasantly sore all over from a new strength training exercise program I started.
