I went to my first meeting tonight, but didn't stay for the "lesson" since I've done WW in the past and I get the concept.
But I was wondering if they give you an activity points target to meet?
How many activity points do you all aim to get in each day? (Not eat, expend.)

I have yet to include exercise, these 60 hr work weeks are killing me and my energy is super low so maybe once they let up I can start walking or something..
