Hi, I am newto 3fc and I am lookingfor lower calorie quick meals that I can prepare since I am very busy I find it hard to make time to actually prepare a meal for an hour, so anything that takes less then 30 minutes to prepare and eat would be great if anyone has an ideas.

try tuna salad with basil paste in place of some or all the mayo. (in fresh herbs section of store)
5 mins! if you don't boil eggs, or do it weekend before. romaine leaf 'tacos' instead of bread makes it less carbs and cals too.
