Hello, my name is Breawna.
I'm 17 years old and weighing in at 300lbs. This is the highest weight I've ever been and it's making me so mad. I've gained 40lbs since April, and honestly I don't know how.
I started a SlimFast diets in August. It worked REALLY well for me, but my mom stopped buying the slimfast drinks and I don't have the money to buy them myself.
I've always struggled with my weight and it seems that everytime I tell myself that I'm going to go on a diet-I gain weight and feel like I'm eating constantly.
Ive never been acceptable to some people because of my weight, especially when it came to finding that special someone. (people here are extremely shallow.) Well I've found someone who loves me just the way I am, my size and everything,
but I feel bad that I look so nasty. I just want him not to be judged because he's with me.
Anyway, I could really use some support and ideas of what I can do to help to lose weight. I would love to lose at least 20lbs by March(or maybe April)
I plan on going to the gym weekly once I'm in college and going on lots of jogs and walks over the spring/summer but right now-I don't really have access to any weightloss equipment
I've done calorie counting when I was doing slim fast, and ive done weight watchers, I just need a lot of support to get back into the habit of weightloss.
Could you help me?

or just comment my blog, whatever, but all my diet stuff is on there.

Your mom wouldn't be out any extra expense for you to diet. NOW if mom is buying tons of junk, THAT could be a problem. You can open an account for free at Fitday.com to start a food and activity journal. You just put in everything that goes into your mouth and all the activities you are doing during the day and they will compare how many calories you have burned in relation to how many you have eaten. They can also tell you how many calories a person your weight needs to eat to lose weight by a certain date. But for excercise, you don't need to put out money for a gym, just commit yourself to a daily walk. You can start small 1/2 a mile or mile, whatever you know you can do. You can increase the length over time. I know that winter does present some challenges, but maybe you can get a workout video. They're cheap at Walmart. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is like $10.00. I bet your mom would get it for you if you are truly committed. This can't just be a "for now" deal. It really needs to be a lifestyle change, but only YOU can make that decision and commitment. Best of luck to you dear. I know YOU CAN DO THIS
