At the beginning. I couldn't face the scale. My beginning weight in my profile is an estimate. I could have weighed more, or maybe less. Two weeks in, I finally faced the scary 266lbs on my home scale so I allotted 2 pounds per week and that is where I came up with the 270...
But actually, not taking measurements has me more bummed out than the failure to weigh. Now I feel like I shouldn't bother taking measurements because I have no starting to compare to. I know I am about halfway from where I think I would like to be, and I could get some numbers and track my progress from halfway...
Does anyone have the regret of not taking measurements, or hopping on the scale? Anybody start measuring at the halfway point? Just curious...
