Has anyone ever done this when they are just too busy to cook? I'm just wondering if this is okay to do once in a while.

I would add in a little extra protein if you do that, like a boiled egg or some cheese or a can of tuna. I couldn't do it-- I need that one meal so I can be clear-headed.

I got my stuff in yesterday and just started today- so far so good- the cappuccino was pretty good but not amazing, the soup, eh, kind of bland, but okay. I'm going to have a bar next.
I have done a few 6 MF meal days. It's definitely not recommended by MF, unless you're under the supervision of your doctor, but I read on the blogs that it might help break a plateau/stall. I will say that I was pretty lightheaded all day, and ended up going to be around 8 because I thought I was going to pass out. I also didnt have much to drink that day (stupidly).
Like was suggested, if you wanted to try it, I would do 6MF meals and then some protein. And drink lots of water if you do attempt.
