Dec 6 to Dec 12 2010, Sonoma/Mediterranean Weekly Thread

  • Alright, sure it is before x-mas and I have no intention of being careful the 25th but until then, I surely plan to

    Today:
    B: Bowl of cereal and milk
    L: Fish and a bowl of broccoli soup
    D: Pita with chicken red pepper and garlic

    Snacks: 2 tangerine and a grapefruit

    Exercise: 45 mins of interval training.
  • B: 2 toast and PB
    L: minestrone soup and crackers
    D: Tofu stirfry

    Exercise: 45 mins of cardio
  • B: Protein shake
    L: Vegetarian chilli w/ ricotta
    S: Banana, pack popcorn, protein shake

    Exercise - 50 mins jogging

    B: 2 otast with PB
    L: lentil soup and a yogurt
    D: pork with brocoli and couscous.

    Exercise: 45 mins of cardio

    B: Protein shake
    L: Veggie chilli w/ ricotta
    S: Bag popcorn
    D: Brown rice & Quorn fillet

    Exercise - Spinning 45 mins
  • Definately! I mean look at us now we've lost so much weight and we are super active. remember when I used ot put 20 mins of cardio and I thought it was a lot hahahahaha you seem to be doing great yourself too!

    Now I just challenge myself but I am totally happy with the weight I am at.

    B: 2 toast
    L: Soup and chicken salad
    D: Sub and a salad

    Exercise: cardio drum for an hour!

    B: Banana and peanut butter smoothie
    L: Greek salad
    D: Probably swordfish. Concert tonight so a few drinks

    Exercise - 120 mins spinning
