So how have you changed what you're eating after starting the new plan? How are you eating differently?
I would think that if you ate the same things you ate before, you would get the same results. Those of you who are getting "great results," what changes have you made as a result of the new plan?

Now i eat 3 meals and enjoy fruit inbetween. It's easier than i ever thought, just hope the weight loss picks up better.
