Hi Sue! You need some KetoStix from the drug store. Look for the ones that check Ketones. Some people cut them straight up the middle to make them last longer.

To put your picture on, go to your Profile and change your avatar. Right now you have the celtic symbol, but you can click on a button on there somewhere to add your own avatar. From there, just use the drop down list to find the pic on your hard drive, should be the same way you attached your pic.

Welcome SueBee! You'll want to beware that the Ketostix probably won't turn dark purple like on the color chart if you're drinking a lot of water. Another way to tell, at least to me is when you start getting this funny taste in your mouth. I can't describe it, but Ketosis can cause icky dragon breath.
