How do you post a picture next to your name like I am seeing?

Go to your user cp (see link at top)
Click on edit options
scroll to the bottom and click on change avatar
scroll to the bottom and click on browse and find your picture on your computer.

I was wondering the same thing--thanks for asking Colleen. It took me a couple of tries to get one made small enough for it to be accepted, but I seem to have managed to get it done.
